This programme of workshops facilitated by a Dietitian and Clinical Psychologist, aims to give parents the tools to help their child feel confident about new and familiar foods and to take away the fear, stress and pressure often associated with mealtimes. Ultimately we want to put some excitement, fun, discovery and enjoyment back into eating and food for the whole family!
